POWER-COLLOID can only be made with one of the special colloidators. As a first step, the water is levitated In this colloidator. The water remains in the colloidator. The cement and the POWER-COLLOID additive specified for this application are added to the water and then homogenised in the colloidator. The actual colloidal breakdown of the grains of cement takes place in the colloidator.

The mobile POWER COLLOID high-pressure mixing and spraying technology has been specially modified the meet the processing requirements of our materials. Consequently, all components which come into direct contact with the POWER COLLOID slurry are made of stainless steel. This significantly increases the life of the spraying device. The integral design of the mixer sprayer ensures the speedy processing of the material on the building site.

The low-pressure mixing and spraying technology is directed at specific requirements. After the unit is filled with slurry from the colloidator, the operator can add further materials and homogenise them in the integral secondary mix, and then apply the product directly using the low-pressure spraying technology. The stainless steel hopper suitably designed to accept the additional material. Here as well, all components that come into direct contact with the POWER COLLOID slurry are made of stainless steel.
